But this particular product works good because I use it for myself. I like to do this before I go top bed, because you do not want to whiten your teeth and brush up the hydrogen peroxide which is just going to whiten your teeth.
You may require a box of this kit and it depends on how much stained is your teeth. Some needs two or three whatever. So after you have your teeth nice and white you need a good tooth paste. I use ultra bride advanced whitening. This is just 79 cents. I do not use $8 tooth paste. I have used costly tooth paste but there is no difference. I do not have sensitive teeth or cavalry, so this tooth paste is my best friend.
Another friend you want when you whiten your teeth is a tooth brush to put on that tooth paste. Do not ask me if I am using a $100 electric tooth brush. No, I do not use them. I only use manual tooth brush. I really like baby soft ones and I suggest manual tooth brush. And it is just like $3. And lastly you are going to use a thing that is going to cleanse your mouth. To remove like excess bacteria. You may use Listerine wash. This is my favorite product. I keep it in a baby bottle, it is easy for traveling.
Next one you may use is a floss. I do not really use it in my teeth until I have some thing that is hard in my teeth. Floss is little costly, a generic one costs $5.
